Teamviewer Process

  • Download the compatible executable file for Mac and Windows devices or contact our helpdesk at 03333 208 637 for assistance.
  • Upon contacting our helpdesk, they will promptly send an email containing a secure link to download the Teamviewer application.
  • After downloading the application, our support team will initiate a session to remotely access your device. You will be prompted to authorise access on your device.
  • Our dedicated team will then proceed to resolve the issues you’ve encountered or, if necessary, create a service ticket for an on-site engineer visit.
