What is XDA?
Xerox Device Agent (XDA) is a lightweight, easy to use and powerful device management tool integral to the initiation of the Proactive Support Service.
XDA provides automated device meter reads, automatic supplies ordering and proactive alert monitoring to enable remote problem resolution.
This device management tool provides a dashboard view to key printer data at-a-glance, such as device model, IP address, serial number, device status, and primary toner and ink levels.
Why do I need to install this within my Network?
XDA sends information regarding the status of your print devices to the remote management team enabling them to act proactively to any print device that potentially needs attention.
